Ambrosia
In order to reach Ambrosia you have to board a ship at Sosaria and sail into the maelstrom. Since
the maelstrom is constantly moving you propably have to search some time. In Ambrosia are 4 shrines where you can increase your attributes. For leaving Ambrosia get a new ship at the southern lake sail into the maelstrom. Since this is a dangerous task, I suggest using the Heart Compass to teleport back to Sosaria at further visits.
