Berkeley Mansion to Rover Mansion

With your newfound wealth of hearts, it's time to do some shopping. Walk all the way back west until you reach the town of Jova again. It should be (at least close to) day again by the time you get there. Visit the church to heal, and buy the Holy Water here for 50 hearts. Although you can also buy a Thorn Whip here, don't. You'll be able to get the Chain Whip very soon, so save your hearts for that.
Now that you have a secondary weapon, be sure to select the Holy Water in the bottom part of the menu. You can now use it by holding up and pressing B. Now it's time to exit the town of Jova by going east once more, but when you encounter the stairway going down you passed before, do take it this time. You'll end up in the town of Veros. Don't take too long, you'll want to get there before the next nightfall.
Time for more shopping in this town. Enter the first house you come across. What's this? It's empty? Nope. Here's where your Holy Water comes in handy. Use it to break through the wall at the far end of the house to find a hidden shopkeeper. He sells Daggers for 50 hearts. Go ahead and buy one.
Visit the church if you're hurt, and enter the last house in town. Another empty house, and this time the far wall is solid. This time you'll need to throw your Holy Water on the floor to find the secret passage to the shopkeeper. This one sells the Chain Whip for 150 hearts. Buy it to significantly boost your attack power. After that it's time to leave town. Exit, stage right.
You are now in Dabi's Path. You'll start to gain experience again here. Watch out for the flying eyeballs that follow you around. Make your way all the way up and right to proceed. In the next screen, continue until you reach the lower path, then turn around and toss Holy Water at the blocks there to clear a path. Then proceed left until you reach the wall at the end. Throw another bottle of Holy Water to destroy the wall and you'll find the Sacred Flame.
Exit right after getting the Flame, into the Aljiba Woods. Watch out for the Spiders here, they can be quite annoying. Keep going east, ignoring the stairs on your way, and you'll reach the town of Aljiba. But it'll probably be night when you get here, and the zombies there are pretty dangerous. I recommend you waste time in the 2nd area of the Aljiba Woods, where there are only Skeletons, getting more experience and hearts while waiting for daybreak.
Proceed to the town of Aljiba when day comes. With any luck, you'll have 150 hearts at this time. Enter the first house and break the floor with Holy Water to find a Garlic salesman. Buy some of him for 50 hearts - you'll get two pieces. Garlic is an awesome weapon against any enemy, but you'll want to save these; they'll serve a special purpose later on.
You can enter the next house and bomb the floor with Holy Water to find an old lady to talk to, but it isn't necessary. When you find the stairway in town, go up, and enter the house there. Using Holy Water on the floor will clear a path to another salesman. This one will sell you Laurels. Buy some of him twice, so you'll have 4 Laurels total. Using one will make you temporarily invincible. Don't waste them now though, you'll need them later.
When you're outside again, take the stairway up and walk all the way left, and talk to the guy at the end. He's got a Blue Crystal, but I guess he likes white better, since he offers to trade his Blue Crystal for your white one. An offer you'll accept automatically, since it's a good deal - the Blue Crystal has the same power the white one has, and an additional power, which you will soon need.
After getting the Blue Crystal, exit the village east, and you'll end up in a cemetary. Immediately drop a piece of Garlic when you enter, and a mysterious man will appear, who'll give you the Silver Knife. The only enemies here, the Zombie Hands, are easy to defeat or avoid. All you have to do is not walk into them. But at the very end of the cemetary you will find you can't continue, so you'll have no choice but to turn back.
Go through the village and exit west. Make your way back to where you passed up a stairway before. Go down now, and fight your way through the Yuba Cave to end up at Yuba Lake. Now enter the menu screen and select the Blue Crystal, then kneel near the edge of the lake. Wait a few seconds until you hear a sound, and you'll see a path underneath the lake. You can pass through there now, to end up at Rover Mansion!
The enemies here are largely the same as in Berkeley Mansion and can be dispatched with a single hit from your Chain Whip. It's not too difficult, if you know exactly where to go. There's a nasty trick right in the beginning: if you go the only way you seemingly can go, you're in for a lot of unnecessary pain. What you actually need to do is pass up the first stairway, and jump through the wall shown in the screenshot. Sneaky, isn't it?
In the next section of the mansion, jump over the water and pass up the stairway yet again. This moving block will try to push you off the platform. Jump over it and continue on. Take the low road and you'll end up at the stake salesman. If you don't have the 50 hearts required to buy an Oak Stake at this time, you'll need to fight some more monsters until you do have enough.
After buying the stake, turn back and go up the first stairway you see. Follow the path, going up as far as you can go. The last part requires some tricky jumping, which may take some practice. When you reach the top, go right and down the stairs. Then go left, fall down the hole, and there you are! The orb containing Dracula's Heart. Throw the Oak Stake at it, grab the bag, and you now "prossess" Dracula's Heart!
I very much doubt you haven't reached level 2 yet by now, but if not, fight more monsters in the mansion, collecting hearts until you do. Then it's time to backtrack to the entrance and leave this place, onwards to the next challenge!
