Cooking Guide

Recipes are divided into two types: Unique Items and Others. Unique items are the food items that Zess T. makes that you can't usually get anywhere else. These are the things that appear in the "Recipes" section of the Journal. Anything else that can be made is in the other group.

Cooking anything not listed will give you a Mistake, which only restores 1 HP and 1 FP...

Cooking a Mystery + Point Swap can give you any unique recipe... How exciting!
